Lyrics

I don’t resolve…
I remain.

I hold fire in a fragile hand,
silence where I long to speak.
I am strong in ways that break me,
and gentle where I’m not meant to be.
I’ve tried to choose a single truth,
to settle into one clear shape—
but every time I narrowed down,
I lost the breath that made me awake.

I am a living paradox,
I bend, I stand, I fall, I rise.
I don’t align into straight lines—
I live between the yes and why.
I am unfinished, I am exact,
I don’t collapse into the past.
I am a living paradox,
and I don’t need to make it last.

I crave devotion, guard my freedom,
need the dark to love the light.
I want answers, trust the mystery,
hold my truth loosely, but tight.
They say coherence is control,
that clarity must choose a side—
but I have learned the deeper order
lives where opposites collide.

I don’t break from contradiction.
I’m held together by it.

I am a living paradox,
both the question and the flame.
I don’t dissolve into a label,
I don’t reduce into a name.
I am becoming, I am still,
I move without a final map.
I am a living paradox—
and that is where my power sits.

I am not confused.
I am complex.
I am not unstable.
I am alive.
The universe doesn’t resolve itself—
it breathes.

I am a living paradox,
held in motion, held in grace.
Not a problem to be solved,
but a presence taking space.
I don’t need to reconcile
every truth I’ve ever been.
I am wide enough to hold them all—
and still let myself in.

I don’t resolve…
I remain.
